Presentations

Need to make your presentation stand out? Whether you’re preparing for a conference or a grant pitch, or willing to convince investors or future collaborators, a well-crafted slide deck can make all the difference. Clear structure, effective visuals, and thoughtful design ensure your message is understood.
Let’s work together to turn your ideas into a presentation that speaks with impact.

Presentation #1: Introduction of Asteria™scRNA-seq kit

Scipio bioscience released in 2022 the Asteria benchtop kit for preparation of 3′ single cell RNA-seq. This recently updated presentation introduces the kit, its specifications on well-known metrics for scRNA (a mix-species study to assess the mutliplet rate and the barcodes purity; and a PBMC study to determine the genes and transcripts recovery per barcode). Initial collaborations were presented as well, showing the strong potential of the Asteria kit.

Presentation #2: SXL partners and targets

More academia-oriented, here is a presentation I recently re-designed that showed some of the works I made by the end of my post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Genomic Regulation (CRG, Barcelona), in the lab of Fatima Gebauer. Two main topics centered around SXL, a protein that has crucial female-specific functions. One topic was to identify co-factors to better understand SXL molecular mechanisms to silence msl2 mRNA. The second topic was about identifying SXL mRNA targets to uncover novel genes involved in sex determination.
